They try to find the optimal way to cook both American classics as well as other dishes and the results continue to impress me. Besides the web site, they have a show on PBS. Their cookbooks and DVD sets are also extremely affordable. WRT your resolution on cooking more, my wife and I also enjoy to cook, and one resource that we use consistently is America’s Test Kitchen. While I usually feel that "new year's resolutions" are a little cliche, they make a lot more sense given the timing of the book and the nature of this blog. For me, the big two resolutions will to outsource the 80% of my work that contributes 20% of the value, and to market some kind of product.
